Unfortunate Stay Highlights Issues

My stay was marred by numerous inconveniences. From malfunctioning keycards to an unsanitary bathroom with disturbing stains and drainage problems, it was far from pleasant. The breakfast was average, but the overall cleanliness left a lot to be desired. This experience significantly impacted my expectations for a hotel stay.

Totally recommend for a city escape

Spacious room, clean room, with comfortable amenities including a large king bed and reliable Wi-Fi for easy browsing, conveniently located near restaurants and shops for all your travel needs.

Safety measures in place

Had an awesome time with friends at this place! We checked out the Broward Center for Performing Arts for an amazing show and hit up the Galleria Mall for shopping. The location was convenient, and everything was clean. Just a heads-up, parking isn't super well lit at night, so be cautious. Overall, a great spot for a getaway!

The only downside was the slow elevator. It took forever to get up to our room, which was annoying after a long day out.

The rooms were decently sized, and I loved having a nice cup of coffee from the in-room machine first thing in the morning. The outdoor pool looked inviting, and I enjoyed relaxing by the sun loungers, but the water was unfortunately closed during our stay. Just a heads-up, the breakfast options could use a little variety for those staying longer! 😊

Not the best experience.

Stayed for a night and honestly, things were pretty off. The pool was grimy and closed early, which was a bummer. The staff didn’t seem to care much, I felt super unwelcome. Breakfast was a joke. barely any food left by 8 am. The room was fine though. Just don’t expect much here.

Good value for families

Their lobby staff were warm, they made us feel at home right away! The 24-hour CVS next door came in clutch when we needed some late-night snacks and essentials, really saved us a trip.

We loved visiting the nearby Galleria Mall for shopping. Plus, exploring the beautiful Butterfly World with the family was a delightful experience that everyone enjoyed!

In my wife’s opinion, the hotel needs better room cleanliness and maintenance. Also, it would be great if they had more activities for families with children.

The stay was quite disappointing, particularly due to the unkempt condition of the premises. The carpets were dirty, and I noticed stains on the sheets when I entered the room. The staff seemed overwhelmed and not very welcoming. I would not return after seeing so many issues.

Shower barely worked, cold water only.

i stayed there for 3 nights and the friendly staff really exceeded my expectations compared to previous stays in fort lauderdale. the location was great for shopping, and the room was spacious and clean. i appreciated having easy access to nearby restaurants too.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at La Quinta By Wyndham Fort Lauderdale Tamarac. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with easy access to common areas making it convenient for seniors like myself. Everything felt clean and well-maintained.
